Fishtail

It is hot in Minneapolis right now!  And while we are all happy to have this beautiful weather after such a slow spring, its hard to cool off with long hair.  Try this fishtail braid up do for a cool and cool summer 'do.  Part your hair far to the side, braid a long fishtail on the side of your head, and fasten it at the end with a small rubber hair binder instructions here.  Then pull the braid up towards the top of your head behind your ear.  The braid will create a beautiful arch.  Tuck the end of the braid into the unbraided part of the hair at the desired height.  Then pin the braid to the hair about every inch or so to secure it.  The more the pins, the more stable the up do will be.  Try it out!
